The sound of laughter, wheels rolling and boards hitting the ground can be heard as skateboarders ride through the streets and alleys between buildings in downtown State College. Clay Howell, a student at Penn State University, considers himself a true skateboarder who enjoys hitting the streets with his friends every time a chance presents itself.
Skateboarding in State College is a hobby and can also be a challenge as different obstacles need creativity and imagination to overcome. For Clay Howell, anything is possible as long as he can imagine it.
