Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity incorporated and hosted the district pageant for contestants who were crowned Ms. Black and Gold in Pennsylvania Association of Alpha Chapters pageants at various universities. This year, contestant Sonya Galiber from Temple University was crowned Ms. P.A.A.C. 2013. She will compete for another title in the fall. The contestants were judged on categories such as talent, evening wear, swim wear, and answering questions.
