Todd Miner is a local business owner in State College. However he conducts his business in an unusual way. He picked up the idea for Vamos Lion Chariot when he was in California a few years ago. Now he brings holiday cheer for everyone as "Santa" as the patrons can ride in his sleigh to their destination.
