The PSU Piano Man

Drew Anderson a business and marketing major at Penn State University brings is harboring a great talent, which few notice. Drew is a very talented pianist who has been playing since a young child. Drew has always had dreams of being musician and catching his big break, but the reality of being a struggling artist has stopped him from being a full-time music major. In this short interview Drew plays his favorite song, a Billy Joel Melody, "The Piano Man." The song generally is about a pianist in a bar who is singing to bar of people who are unhappy with their lives and occupations. He explains that most parents would not allow their child to be a musician because of the risk of failure. Also the hard work and dedication that it takes to be successful in music is not worth a social life for Drew. Many individuals face this dilemma of having to choose between guaranteed happiness of doing what you love and the guaranteed success of doing what's expected.
