Penn State Music Club’s Happy Valley Music Label (HVML) and Asylum collaborated to bring Penn State and the public a free spring concert. This was HVML first concert with help from the already established club, Asylum. The show featured The Districts, an indie band located outside of Philadelphia and various other local bands.
